3 Tea, Cookies, and Cupid Stealth and cupids did not go together. Michael Amor was waiting for me outside Bits, Baubles, and Toadstools, but not silently. Anton had left him unsupervised on the curb, and he was singing a drinking song. A very loud, somewhat bawdy, Irish drinking song. It looked like a slow day for the shop, thank goodness. Just one woman with improbably bright yellow hair and a nose ring, who gave him a thumbs-up as she passed him on the way inside, and whoever was inside the store. From the thin smattering of cars, I’d guess no more than Mandy (manning the counter) and two other patrons beyond the bawdy-ballad-loving, yellow-haired newcomer.
