Mirabel felt all her strength drained. "Honey… do you know what you're saying?"

Aldridge ignored her and handed the contract back to Stewart. "Tell your boss the Dalton Group has no objections. He can rest easy."
"Thank you for your cooperation, Mr. Aldridge," Stewart said before leaving with the lawyer.
