24 Esther sat at the back of Victory’s auditorium feeling as if blinkers had been ripped off her eyes. The music was the same. The service was the same. But she herself was no longer the same. As usual, the music ended abruptly and the spotlight snapped on, placing her father at the centre of a pool of light.
