“Third Person’s POV”
When Eric entered his room, his stepfather, Ace was seated on his bed; waiting for him.
When Ace perceived someone’s presence, he lifted his gaze only to find his son in front of the room door.
“It’s your room! Why are you hesitant to come inside?” Ace teased his only son.
“It’s nothing... just I’m curious to know what you had to talk about!” Eric tried to hide his hesitancy even though Ace already had a hint about it.
“If you were curious, you would have walked inside the room as fast as you could! You don’t even know how to lie properly,” Ace continued teasing Eric.
“It’s just that you know me better than anyone else does!” Eric lazily replied after he knew he can’t lie to his father.
“So tell me what you wanted to talk about?” Eric asked while edging closer
