Chapter 6: Prom part 3

“Riku…?'' Hinata questioned. Riku was staring at Hinata the whole time, then he blinked. “You’re so pretty! I bet you had a cool boyfriend before me..'' Riku said as she walked towards Hinata. Hinata blushed relentlessly and looked at riku. They both walked to the kitchen table. Riku put the two plates on the table and got the syrup. “This is great!'' Hinata muffled as she stuffed a pancake in her mouth. Riku smiled and kept eating his food. As they finished eating, they headed out to the car and went to the school and looked at the flier. “PROM NIGHT! TOMORROW AT EIGHT!” Hinata yelped in glee. Riku held Hinata handss. And they both walked to the car. When they got in, Riku finally spoke. “Hinata… this prom.. Will you go with me?” riku said softly. Hinata’s eyes widened. “OF COURSE RIKU!” hinata smiled. As they calmed down, they headed back to their house. As they went inside, hinata bounced like she hit the walls. She was so excited to go to the prom with riku. “Hey hinata, what would you do.. If you had one wish.” riku questioned. Hinata shrugged her shoulders and thought of the thought. “Well.. I would want to.. Ummm.."Hinata struggled to say what she wanted to say, she stepped towards riku. “I would want to kiss you…” hinata whispered. Riku then spoke. “I love you hinata” riku said as he stared into hinata’s eyes. Hinata came closer to riku’s face, riku came closer to hers, And touched lips softly. Then let go. It was like a wonderland. Hinata smiled. “It's getting dark… lets go to bed” hinata said as she walked to their bedroom. As soon as they got into the bed they fell asleep. The next day hinata jumped out of bed and woke riku up. “THE HELL?!” riku said as he jumped out of bed. As riku calmed himself down he spoke. “hinata , please dont scare me like that.. I don’t even have a SHIRT ON!”riku said. Hinata ran to the bathroom and riku slowly got out of bed. “Sorry riku!” hinata said as she finished brushing her teeth. Riku looked confused as hinata kept trying on dresses. “What are you doing?” riku asked. Hinata looked confused. “I’m getting ready for prom!” Hinata said. Riku walked over to the closet and picked out his suit, went to the bathroom to brush his teeth, and hinata and riku both walked to the car and went to the school for prom. Hinata was so excited. “I thought this prom was at night… BUT IT'S IN THE MORNING TO 11:00!” riku said as he fixed his hair. Riku and hinata started walking into the prom. “HEY GUYS!” three voices said. It was yungmai, sasuke and sakura! “I still can’t believe you went to the prom wi-” before sasuke could say anything, sakura gave him the death stare of his life. Sasuke was nervous and finally spoke. “On second thought…. Yeh, let's get some punch sakura." Sasuke nervously said. Then Yungmai punched him. “NOT THAT KIND OF PUNCH YUNGMAI!” sasuke shouted. Yungmai looked surprised. “Ooooh…. You have to be specific sasuke!” Yungmai said as she shrugged in disbelief. Sakura riku and yungmai laughed. Out of nowhere, Sakura left them to get sasuke without saying anything. “Soooo… I heard you guys are dating? What a surprise riku! You’re finally not single..'' Yungmai said with a sigh. Riku hesitated to speak as hinata looked back and forth. Riku left to get some food because he was frustrated. Yungmai smiled at hinata. “May I have this dance?”Yungmai said softly. Hinata nodded and smiled. They danced and danced. Hinata spun around, and yungmai caught her. They were so close, but their faces came closer. Hinata and Yungmai almost kissed. But hinata jumped back and got to her feet. “I'm sorry..”hinata said. “We can’t kiss..” yungmai nodded in agreement. Rikub came right on time for the two plates of food. Riku finally spoke. “What did I miss?” riku questioned. Hinata was nervous about telling Riku what had happened. “We were talking about your relationship. She said it was going pretty weeeell! You're steppin’ it up riku!” Yungmai smiled. Riku looked at hinata then back at yungmai.“Okaaaay….?” riku hesitated to speak as he gave hinata the tray of food, sakura and sasuke walked up to hang out. The tension was real.
