It took a while for Elizabeth to get used to the fact she could leave the room alone without the fear of being attacked – though she still had to deal with some of the women who had been loyal to Cordelia gossiping about her. It was inevitable that they would question whether she really had transformed or not; they didn’t care that it had been Andrew who confirmed it, and that Elle had verified what he said when they questioned her.
It shouldn’t have been so difficult to believe – it made it slightly less embarrassing that Cordelia had been bested by Elizabeth if she was something more than just a human.
