Elizabeth woke up in the morning to find Sawyer sat quietly at the window reading. He didn’t look up, but he knew that she had woken up. “You’re hiding from them,” she realised immediately that he wasn’t in there because he felt like reading, or even because he wanted to watch over her. “I’m not hiding form anybody; I just want to talk to you.” He looked up from what he was reading, and she noticed immediately that it was a copy of her new book.
