EVE'S POV
After the day Darren and I ended our relationship, we both acted as we usually did. But I could feel that we were both wearing masks around each other. It was like each of us was trying to restore our friendship to what it used to be, but deep down, it wasn't the same at all.
As for Darren and Leah, everything remained the same, or perhaps even better, because Darren now had all the time for Leah and didn't have to divide his time for me anymore.
My relationship with Nathan was still the same. everything was unchanged, except for my heart, which was no longer the same.
