7. SILENCE BEFORE THE STROM

CONTINUATION OF AARUSH'S POV 

Everyone was cheerful in the morning when I went to breakfast table but I'm not a morning person but my creatures I mean my friends well they changed my mood completely and I must say something is cooking between Navya and Kabir they were stealing glances on each other, well that's amazing. Finally after breakfast we went to office their cabins were also ready so we went to same place.

When I entered inside my cabin Aliyah was already on her desk when she saw me she stood up and said, ALIYAH: "GOOD MORNING SIR, do you want me to tell you your today's schedule". Wow I mean really how could she behave so normally after what happened last time but let's cut f*****g chase here, "OH! sweetheart what happened? don't behave so formally." she was shocked and remain rooted at her place I sat on my chair and ordered he, "come here baby". She was still in shock but somehow managed to come towards me that's my girl. I smirked looking at her face that how terrified she was looking oh my poor baby. When she came in front of my desk I stood up and went closer to her until there were only one inch distance between us both of ours breathing fasten and she shut her eyes tightly and move her head toward right I was just looking at her absorbing her every feature her beautiful neck her cute cheeks pink lips buttoned nose and eyes why the hell she is not letting me see her eyes I tilted her chin towards me and whispered in her ear "Open your eyes baby". and when she opened her eyes I tightened my grip on her waist and drawn her more closer to me and cupped her cheeks with my other hand when I looked into her beautiful hazel eyes I was only able to see tons of innocence and something that she wanted to tell me which she is not able to speak but her eyes were saying it. Should I drop the plan of involving aliyah in my revenge. No I can't back off now everything is ready. We separated from each other when someone knocked on the door her cheeks flushed as shade of bright pink and she went toward her table. I permitted the person to inside who dared to interrupt my moment with aliyah. And here is he the most annoying person in the world  MR.KABIR DHAWAN. "What is it kabir". I asked annoyed, KABIR: "What the hell man what it is with you and your mood swings are you on periods or something". he asked being serious but I know he is teasing. I threw a file on his face but he caught it. KABIR: "Calm down I just came here to ask you that are you coming to the lunch meeting with chodhary's or should I take abhimanyu". then I remembered abhi is planing to propose Kiara. "yeah I'm coming don't disturb abhi and wait, you can messaged me why you came here?" KABIR: "yeah but what's fun in that". he said teasing me and went out of my cabin. God he always get on my nerves when I looked toward aliyah she was engrossed in her work and I asked her "tell me my schedule and add luch meeting in it with chodhary's". ALIYAH: "Wait a second". She did her work told me my schedule and gave me the files she corrected and went back to her work well it's a good Idea VEER CHODHARY is coming for the meeting good time to check there bond "ALIYAH, you are coming with me to this lunch meeting". but without any reaction she said yes and started doing her work again.

LUNCH MEETING 

AARUSH'S POV 

Me Aliyah and Kabir went for lunch meeting together the whole way aliyah was silent and her gaze were on her lap or outside the window she wasn't even uttering a single word what happened to her from when did she became so silent as far as I remember she was a chatterbox at once I kissed her on her cheeks to make her stop talking. I chuckled at the memory aliyah was still unaffected but kabir was looking at me as I have grown some horns. KABIR: "dude are you good, no I mean why are you behaving so strange." he asked me seriously. "nothing I just remember something sweet". I said smiling, he was still staring at me but when I glared at him he just shut his mouth.

We reached to the restaurant in 15 minutes and went inside Aliyah was behind me and Kabir we went toward the table where veer and his PA were already waiting when we stopped to the table veer greeted us and we did a handshake aliyah came beside me when veer saw aliyah they pass a huge smile to each other and hugged each other. VEER: " So you are  Mr.singh's PA". he asked her smiling. ALIYAH: "Any doubt". she asked him narrowing her eyes playfully great just so f*****g great 2 minutes before you were not even uttering a single word and now you are playfully flirting to him great Aliya mehra.  I cleared my throat to get veer's attention By his nature I can say that he is not a threat but what can I do. when he looked at me we all settled in our seats aliyah took out her notepad and pen. I asked Veer, "Mr. Choudhary so how do you know my  PA". VEER: " well she is my biggest rival you should know your enemy." aliyah chuckled at his answer and I asked curiously "your rival but how". VEER: "She is my fiance's best friend and she always talks about her so why not she my biggest rival". he replied smiling. Well he isn't a threat I'm sure but I can't take risk. we talked  about deal and other stuff and aliyah was genuinely smiling and I was stealing glances at her sometimes our eyes met but she looked away that hurts man well you are going to pay for all the pain you have given me. After the deal we went to office.

ALIYAH'S POV

Everything was fine till Lunch I was trying to Ignore Aarush as much as I can I love him a lot but he I know he loves me too that's why I'm afraid he deserves someone much better not me I'm broken nothing can heal me but Aarush he needs to heal himself I'm scared if I will try to be with Aarush he will again get hurt because of me it's better if I maintain my distance with him. when we came back from the lunch I went to my table to take out file on which I have to work but as I opened my drawer I screamed on the top of my lungs there were lots of mouse in my drawer and they were eating my files damn this is so important there is a billion dollar deal in it what do I do. Aarush came Inside the cabin and asked. AARUSH: "what happened why the hell are you screaming". He was both worried and angry if it is possible. "Aaru- I mean si-sir look at this drawer, these mice ate the deal papers". I said to him stuttering. AARUSH: "which papers are these"? he asked me narrowing his eyes "Sir these are the American deal papers". I replied nervously. AARUSH: WHAT! HOW THE HELL YOU CAN BE SO CARELESS WHAT KIND OF PA YOU ARE IF YOU CAN'T EVEN KEEP A CONTRACT SAFE I HAVEN'T EVEN READ THIS AND THIS HAPPENED AND HOW CAME  f*****g MICE ARE IN YOUR DRAWER". he screamed on me  "Sir tru-trust me it's not my fault". AARUSH: "OH! great miss PA trust you not even your dreams and this deal cost me billion if they cancel  the deal you have to take the responsibility and that won't be nice 'trust me' and how came it's not your fault if this is your table your drawer you were irresponsible enough to not lock the drawer so at any how you are at fault". I just stood silently listening to Aarush because it was me who didn't locked the drawer because I misplaced my keys. "sorry sir I will take the responsibility", I said apologetically. AARUSH: "Good for you because I have other ways, I will send you papers in 1hours and you have to sign it, go sit on sofa and do other works I will do something about these mice". I took my laptop sat on sofa and started my work until then some workers cleaned my drawer. But how come these mice came in my drawer I will check the CCTV footage later. thinking that I sat on my chair near my desk and engrossed myself in work. After 1 hour Aarush came near my desk and leaned on the table facing me "sir do you need anything". AARUSH: yes! sign this the americans cancelled the deal because of your stupidity. when I saw the papers my eyes widen........
