Two months later I’ve been so busy meeting with lawyers, court hearings, and moving; I’m thankful I enrolled Kira in a private full-time preschool. Tessa and I had to court twice before the divorce was finalized, but we still have to go to court for custody of Kira. I went to court with Mia and James to hash out the visitation schedule, which was a breeze because we already had an agreement, but the judge suggested we add a second day of visitations pending the results of a DNA test. We agreed on adding Wednesday afternoons, with me feeding them and returning them home in time for bed to ensure it doesn’t conflict with school.
