Two months later
Sophie and I have been doing the twenty-minute date every Monday for the past two months. Tonight, is going to be our first night out on a full date. I feel like we’ve been getting to know each other and getting comfortable. We’ve barely discussed our children on our morning dates, but we got to know each other as adults.
I picked Sophie up from her house as we agreed and take her to the nicest restaurant nearby. “I’m so glad we are finally doing this?” Sophie sighs as she sits down in a chair.
