SATAN AND MAN'S FREE WILL

So many earth years had passed. The original humans that Alpha had put in a garden in a land called Eden were now banished from the garden for disobedience. They began to live harsh lives but Alpha still gave them strength to live on and the ability to procreate. Satan was strongly involved in all these as he now declared war on humans, to shift their focus from Alpha to him so he could destroy them. Satan couldn't bear to see Alpha's best creation prosper while he and his cohorts were preparing for condemnation. So he decided that they would spend the rest of their free lives decieving humans and making them rebel against their creator through sin. His revolution was working. Daily, more and more humans left the comfort of Alpha and went to worship Satan instead. This was now brought to Alpha's rapt attention. More men fell each day to sin, and as they died in sin, they were subject to imprisonment with Satan and his demons. Well, Satan was having a field time converting the hearts of men for his favour.

Alpha created man in his very own image and did something quite rare. He gave humans all they could ever need to survive and He vowed not to have any direct influence on man's activities on earth. With that, humans could make their own decisions whether there favoured their creator or not. But still, Alpha had set before them the good and bad and given them total freedom to choose. Those who die doing good will have a place in Heaven and those who die doing bad will have a place in Satan's prison. So Alpha's power over man's decisions was just partial.

Day by day, man fell. Significant events marked this bad change for Alpha. Adam and Eve the first humans were cursed after disobedience, and this curse was unto the end of their generations. They had many children on earth. Once, Cain and Abel who were sons of Adam and also prominent men on the earth had a struggle because Cain was jealous of Abel's offering. Abel died because of this, and the incident brought a reality of man killing man in the minds of all humans. Wickedness prevailed in the hearts of humans and Satan was overjoyed. But he wanted more. For him, the kind of sins such as killing, stealing, lying, covetousness and many more were boring. He wanted something that would make God really angry and possibly destroy humans. This warranted for a meeting in the underworld carved by Satan himself, with it's location as the name implies. This meeting was termed "really urgent" by Satan. He called on the heads of some demonic ranks he made after his fall from heaven. He called on the head of the Rosier (this rank is in the second hierarchy of demonic ranking. They cause people to fall hopelessly in love, turning them from God or from their spouses), Verrier (responsible for disobedience. Second hierarchy), Gressil (impurity and uncleanliness. First hierarchy) and Leviathan (responsible for sins directly repugnant unto faith in God). Satan wanted to turn more of God's angels against Him.

"Leviathan I want you to lead this pack of wolves." Satan spoke to the head of Leviathan rank as he addressed the meeting.

One thing about Satan was that he really didn't care about giving most of his demons specific names. It's either he called them demon or by their rank name or just by saying 'you'.

Leviathan said. "Yes master. I'm totally at your service. But if I may ask? What exactly are we doing?."

"Hahahahaha. We are going to perform the best technique we've ever done since we fell, to push man further away from God. We will do this by convincing heaven's angels of the second hierarchy to take wives from the midts of humans. God will be really angry with them and this will increase His wrath because He has warned His angels not to marry. He has also warned man to take wives of their kind only." Satan said.

Gressil spoke. "Master this is the best plan we've had for ages. The question here is how will we convince those angels of God to have s****l relations with man? It's unspeakable."

Satan answered Gressil. "Look my Gressil, I have been studying these angels who look at man from the skies and come down many times to the ground just to have a feel of human life. They do this by wearing cloaks which hide their wings but their statue can't be hidden. I'm sure you've noticed this. I spoke to one and from what he said I found out that most of them feel l**t for the maidens of the earth. That is why you Gressil, Leviathan, Rosier and Verrier will invade mans habitats and fill the women with thoughts of l**t for the mighty men they usually see. You will also visit angels of the second hierarchy in the skies and speak to them about going for the women on earth. That's the plan and I want it done as soon as possible."

The heads all said. "Yes master. Your wishes are always our command."

You might be wondering what brought about the new kind of hierarchy of angels in heaven. Well, right after the fall of Satan, Alpha decided to further divide His angels into other hierarchies. Most of the ranks were positioned closer to man than before. This important movement had the intention of monitoring man very closely. Alpha divided the ranks of His angels into three different hierarchies. The first hierarchy had the fewest number of angels. According to ranking, it was made up of the Seraphims, Cherubims and lastly Thrones. These served God directly but had different roles. The second hierarchy according to ranking was Dominions, Principalities and Powers. Their role was to monitor man and influence his actions on earth. They stayed mostly in the skies and were always in direct contact with man. They were the target of Satan. The third hierarchy according to ranking were Archangels (which includes Michael and Gabriel the leaders of most angelic hosts), Virtues and Angels. These performed most functions in heaven, on earth and even outside Solar. They served God, delivered messages, trained for war especially Michael and his innumerable troops. Even with the ranking system, Michael was still considered as leader and prince of all angels no matter the hierarchy. By now all angels were trained for war.

Satan's demons went on with their plan. With Leviathan leading the deadly pack, they divided themselves into two groups but with each group having four hundred demons from the four ranks involved. The first group went to tempt the maidens of earth to allow angels which they saw often to have relations with them. This group was very successful as many maidens they tempted fell and immediately wanted the angels for marriage. The second group had little bumps. They were successful at the end because of their strategy; the second group included only fallen angels. The fallen angels were still in contact with their former brothers who felt sympathy for them. Many times, a number of fallen angels would go up to were Domains, Principalities and Powers stayed to socialize. This still kept their bond.

When it was time for action, the angels numbering just about two hundred who defied the instructions of their heads not to be involved in the sin agreed to the pure evil and descended from the skies wearing shining robes of various colours and went into human dwellings to pick maidens of their choice for marriage. It was done. They were banished from being angels and they beget offsprings who where giants. Many giants now roamed the earth terrorising normal humans.

God was fed up. He condemned the guilty angels to join the ranks of Satan and He decided to destroy the earth with a great flood. Also, he declared total enmity with darkness. That means no angel must socialize with any demon. Alpha was definitely furious. But in all these, He remembered just one man and his family. This man was Noah. Alpha's closest partner, Jesus adviced Him not to destroy everything He had created, but to wash away all sinners. Alpha agreed. He didn't want to kill everything He had taken time to make. No one had done what He did. He would even ruin His own reputation as the leader of all Gods in Milky way. So He instructed Noah to assemble his household, build an ark, house all animals in pairs and wait for a great flood. Alpha also sent angelic help to Noah to finish the ark's construction. Immediately the ark was finished, pairs of every kind of animals began to move to where the ark was, to be sheltered. The flood came. It wiped all humans except from Noah, his family and the chosen animals. At the end of the destruction, God decided not to ever destroy the earth with water. Life went on. But in the dark ends of the earth were no floods could reach, Satan was just infuriated. He was burning in anger.

"Let's see what man mean to God. I will destroy this thing called man. None of them will escape my wrath. None...!" Satan shouted at his demons.

But that was just the beginning. Many more generations of man passed and with them, came more rebels who wouldn't follow Alpha. But there were also men and women who stood out and defended their faith. The time of Abram came and what Alpha saw in this young man was a man of great faith. Someone who would worship with his whole heart and soul. No one was like him on the earth at that time. So Alpha had a plan to have a chosen people. A nation whom He would bless above all other nations and also establish an everlasting covenant with.

With this, Alpha chose Abram, changed his name to Abraham and his wife's name from Sarai to Sarah. He made the covenant when He spoke with Abraham one night by promising to give him the whole world if he would follow Alpha till the end.

Man's free will was later put to the test at Abraham's time as he decided to have a child with Hagar, his wife's maid. Well the story is known all over the world.

It wasn't an easy task to keep His chosen ones in check as Alpha always gave them more attention than the rest of human kind. So much attention that He sent His own spirit to dwell in their temple. Many challenges came as the nation that Alpha had chosen called Israel found it easier to bow to Satan in various physical forms than to worship Alpha their creator. Even after Alpha had shown them so much mercy, miracles and wonders. Because of their casual stubbornness, they were always led to the traps of other nations. Most times, Israel was a thorn in Alpha's flesh but because at every period there would always be a few number of Israelites who would fear Alpha, He would relent from totally destroying His people.

It wasn't an easy phenomenon that Alpha did to give man free will because at many times, His own creation would come back to sting Him. Satan and his demons used this free will gift to man as an opportunity to drag man from making Heaven and to frustrate Alpha. But all hope wasn't lost.
