"Lucifer...Lucifer...Lucifer..." a harsh shrill voice called out as the uplifted angel returned from one of his best worships ever.

He never knew that a great part of his promotion was a voice that no one could match anywhere. He was surprised. But he loved it.

The voice went on "Lucifer...Lucifer..." This time it was heard really clearly by Lucifer himself but not by a younger angel recently attached to serve the "demi god" (as was thought by Lucifer about himself).

"Joel I need you to please go outside and wait for me" said Lucifer intensely.

"Yes master" answered the obedient Joel.

Leaving the elegant room of his master, Joel went off to speak with other angels of his rank.

This was another opportunity to meet with whatever was behind that cold voice. Yes you heard it right. Another opportunity.

Well... Lucifer had met with an adopted secret guardian of the Antares Domain. A quite scary looking demonlike guardian. Not from Antares but a prisoner of war who was turned to Scorpii's closest adviser.

During the great battles against huge numbers of demonic resistances from other galaxies, the Domains except from Solar and Polaris bore the brunt of the war in that they are located at the boundaries of the Milky way. This was one reason why Alpha had to step in with His great military might to put the demons to flight. If He didn't step in, the boundaries would have been taken and the whole demonic dynasties would have focused on conquering the two centric Domains that would have been left. So the whole galaxy had to come together to form an alliance to fight off these deadly demons. From that war it was concluded that even though there are other friendly galaxies, most galaxies are infested with demonic kingdoms.

Unfortunately, Scorpii's Antares domain was the worst affected domain in Milky way with lots of guardian casualty and destruction of most of its territory. With that unfortunate event, Alpha stepped in to rebuild Antares and Scorpii became a lot jealous of Alpha because of His might, possessions, creations and the respect other domains gave Him that He is now regarded as the leader of Milky way. Without control or advice, Scorpii started planning to overthrow Alpha's throne to himself without involving anyone in his Domain. But he needed a special plan without involving any other being to avoid any form of betrayal. This made him to be attracted to Devil; the strongest and greatest demonic fighter ever captured. Devil was known by all other demons and his captors as the wisest demon filled with so much knowledge. Once, Scorpii had a secret meeting with Devil to discuss plans on dominating Solar. Setting Devil loose into Solar's heaven secretly in one of Scorpii's meetings with Alpha was part of the plan. It worked. Devil in disguise sneaked into Lucifer's room long before his promotion, studied him very well and noticed that this special angel wanted nothing but to be a god and to take over the throne from Alpha. From then on, Devil and Lucifer became close friends making plans to overthrow Alpha. Now with Lucifers promotion and his added powers, abilities, privileges and knowledge both of them could start their final conspiracy plot.

"Lucifer...look this is it. It's time to take our plot to the next level" said the ugly, dark and scary demon.

"Devil I know it's time. My new powers are making me feel awesome and I can't wait to seat on that throne" Lucifer replied.

"How many angels have you gotten on your side?"

"Well, I have gotten the support of three hundred and fifty angels".

"What!! That's not enough to wage a war" Devil shouted angrily.

"Look. The angels on our side are getting other angels to join us. So no need for shouts. We are partners in this. So let's respect each other" said Lucifer disappointedly.

"Hmmm. I'm sorry partner" said Devil with a bad smirk on his face.

Lucifer said "Remember you and Scorpii have assembled a small army and Alpha's organising a meeting with Scorpii soon. This is a chance. Scorppii's military will complement our small group".

"Then let's get some rest. It's gonna be great. The whole Domain would be ours. Hahaha...!"

"Ok. I can't believe I will rule Solar." Lucifer said under his breath while sitting on a chair to rest shortly. Still he felt this believably uneasiness about Devil as he too was going into his normal hiding place. Under Lucifer's bed. That uneasiness felt by Lucifer was worthy of being felt because this Devil has a reputation of single handedly conquering two whole foreign Domains outside Milky way with just the help of fifteen trained war chiefs. So this Devil was to be feared. Yes he was. There was a thought by Lucifer that at last, Devil would betray him. But Lucifer had other plans to be ahead of Devil.

Speaking of Devil without a proper narration of his origins would not give a good verdict if this story. Well, Devil was created as a gaurdian by his great masters just as how all the Gods create their gaurdians. But now, they who sit on the dark thrones (Six of them) came together and created one who would grow as a guardian, take over all Domains in the universe with the help of innumerable demons and rule over all beings. This they called Devil.

Devil was created not just to rule over some, but all. Taking over Solar would be a great stepping stone to defeating the whole universe as there wasn't any Domain like Solar. The strongest, richest and best with the greatest God ruling over it. The dark masters as well as the masters of light all around the universe know of a prophecy that Alpha would one day rule over the entire universe, putting everything and everyone under him. So the dark masters decided to act fast so that no one would rule them but they would rule instead.

Devil is also a prophetic beast who is not just a gaurdian but also something more brutal. His appearance as the greatest opposer to Alpha's rule is also in the prophecies which only him and all Gods know of. But knowing that Devil loves evil and is ready to do anything to win puts Lucifer at risk.

In a few moments and a quite long distance from Lucifer's abode, Scorpii's arrival was welcomed really warmly. As requested by Scorpii, they wasn't any big occasion to grace his visitation because he came for a brief, private and urgent business as Alpha was told. Alpha as good as he is hugged Scorpii and took him to a secluded part of the throne house. This was actually a plan of assassination by Scorpii which was actually working as far as the betrayer was concerned.

The number of guardians Scorpii came with were really much for a brief meeting standard. Hundreds of military and servant guardians with more of servants who all carried huge rolling and flyable containers which were quite heavy as observed by Solar's guardians. Michael noticed this phenomenon and reacted swiftly by calling on his four war Chiefs to meet close to the Palace but still placing soldier angels at strategic locations to monitor Antares' suspicious guardians.

"My humble chiefs. I have noticed that our fellow guardians from Antares are looking really tensed and suspicious."

David said. "Yes master. To add to that they are all armed to the teeth."

"That's strange." Dan added.

"I haven't seen any of our guardians sent to support Antares. That's really strange. They always come home anytime there's a meeting like this. All their faces are strange and well covered like for a battle or something." Ezer complemented.

"Look chiefs let's spread out all battle gaurdians to stop any kind of fight. Go now." Michael commanded."

But the situation would soon be hard to bear. Some Antares' guardians gained entry into Lucifer's abode to meet with him and Devil. They began preparing for battle as the innocent Joel came in without a knock. Shocked he was to see such dark and mysterious being and guardians of light including Lucifer around Devil preparing for what he didn't understand.

"Sir...sir...sir... I'm sorry sir. I'm sorry." Joel said trembling.

Not a word came from any one that Joel faced as they quickly rushed on him.

This was his last sight. More frightening than darkness. Really cold, verry bizarre, not knowing what to do as he felt the sting of what he was innocent of.

If only I had stayed outside.

I just wanted to tell master what message Michael had for him.

I should be given a soldier badge and wing by tomorrow.

But now, here I am lying cold on the floor. Taking my last breath.

These where the thoughts of Joel as he was the first casualty of pride, betrayal and evil.

He didn't even have the chance of using his new sheathed sword.

But Joel made the first alarm. A loud sound that even Michael heard as he was going towards Lucifer's front yard. Michael's experience told him. 'That's a cry of anguish. Of death.'

With a little hesitation, not knowing what to believe or do, Michael blew the war trumpet which is always by his robe. Immediately all non war Solar's angels ran to underground bunkers and all mighty flying warriors came out wielding either bow and arrow or sword and shield or spear. All moving in specific trained formations. Already told of the eminent threat posed by Antares' guardians, Solar's warriors all flew towards where ever these threats where to surround them.

"Do not move." A commander shouted at the largest gathering of the enemies right in front of the throne house. With a really large troupe behind him he felt powerful.

But then, they was silence. No one moved in the whole heaven. You could feel the tension brushing your skin like a morning breeze. Everyone including the enemy had a face that showed that something was coming. Something or someone big.

Where was Michael in all these commotion?

Where was Alpha too?

Michael and sixty angels at this time hovered around Lucifer's abode where the cold scream had come from.

With swords, spears and arrows, Michael's fellow warriors floated just above Lucifer's place with Michael in the middle ready to give commands to his colleagues also surrounding the target point.

No one spoke for sometime. But by now, the streets of heaven were free of movements as every other angel had gone underground for their own safety. Only the mighty angels trained for this moment were out and ready to do what they have been trained to do. But the possibility of a coup just went through everyone's mind as they began to scout for any sight or sound of Alpha. Could He be dead? Michael suddenly remembered that Scorpii had requested all guards of the throne house to leave. Alpha agreed and all guards left. Only the entrance door was guarded. As Michael thought of all these, he cried out.

"David, Gad, Ezer, Jared...the throne house...break through...Alpha might be trapped...go now!!!"

With no hesitation, the war chiefs immediately left their various posts at points in heaven's boundaries. Michael's shout was unusually loud... reaching every length and bread of the really big and vast heaven. Every angel had this kind of ability especially in times of emergency in which there is an overwhelming increase in their ability. Here the angels' senses told them something was really wrong and Michael could shout a really great deal. Also their level of strengths increased.

Gad, David, Jared and Ezer with their multitude of fighters with swift speed immediately arrived the throne house.

Gad shouted at the house's guards. "Open the door now!"

One of the ten guards present said. "I'm sorry chief. Alpha locked it from within. He and Scorpii are still inside."

"We have to break through" Ezer interrupted.

"But chief that's not a good move. It's Alpha's sacred place we are talking about here." The guard said.

With anger, Gad said. "Don't you see what's happening here? Scorpii is the enemy."

To tell you the whole truth, everyone was confused. Antares' guardians were still waiting for a signal to release the strong demons in their containers and attack. But no signal came. They didn't know if to surrender because they were surrounded by Solar's angels who marched closer every second. Michael and his group were still moving closer to enter Lucifer's abode. But right there in Lucifer's place, devilish plans to take over were being completed. As Michael, his chiefs and all commanders hesitated to strike first, this gave Devil an upper hand as he, Lucifer and some Antares' warriors used the precious time to prepare to give the signal and launch their first attack.

"Now this Joel has cut short our plans on attacking later. We would have to strike now." Devil said frustrated but still with his smirk.

"By now, Michael would be alert. We should not risk this." Lucifer said frightened.

"Who is Michael compared to me? I'm greater than him. Look we can't back down. This mission must be completed." Devil said proudly.

"Look Devil, let these guardians take Joel's body into a bag and let's leave this place as if nothing happened." Said Lucifer.

"I thought this was your dream. I thought you wanted to rule Solar. I never knew you were such a coward. So all your plans will go to waste. What will your fellow Solar angels in this plot say about you? You are not for this at all." Devil condemned Lucifer.

"Ok. Let the plot continue. I will give the signal in a moment and my fellow conspirators part of Solar's military will strike as well as the demons, Antares' gaurdians and us. But please take caution because right above and around us are angels ready to strike." Lucifer spoke quite shamefully.

Devil said. "That's it. We will strike soon. I just wonder if Scorpii is dealing with Alpha."

Come to think of it. Alpha was still locked up with his enemy.

It's strange. Alpha has never had such a secret meeting with a Domain ruler. But Alpha was doing quite well. He knew this would happen. After all, he knows everything. The whole Solar Domain as well as it's heaven is all connected to Him in some supernatural way. Just as the heart is the center of mortal beings so is Alpha the center of His system. He knows and feels and even hears and sees everything going on in Solar. That's one difference He has from other Domain gods. But He still sends His angels on message errands within Solar just to keep them busy. He can speak to anyone anywhere in His system. This extraordinary phenomenon was one thing no being could do except from Himself, Jesus His son and His Spirit. Scorpii was about to find out the hard way.

Still in a room in the throne house where only Alpha and Scorpii could talk, the elders were sent to their quarters in the throne house. Scorpii felt he was ontop.

No one would rescue Alpha after I strike Him with my God killing blade. Scorpii thought. Such blades were only possessed by the gods in the universe who had just one each. No one could multiply his or her blade and no one knew why. Ordinary heavenly weapons could injure and weaken gods but not kill them. Only the god killing blades or swords called Durandals were capable of killing any god with one strike at any part. Scorpii weilded his Durandal really closely. Hiding it but not knowing that Alpha already knew it's purpose.

"So why the meeting?" Alpha asked.

"Uhmm...I just came to thank you for all your effort in rebuilding my System."

"Is that all?"

"Yeah."

"So why all the military presence?"

"Well I came with a lot of gifts for you."

"You haven't answered my question. Why the military presence?"

"It's nothing."

"No one moves around with an army of war for nothing."

With the feeling that he might have been exposed, Scorpii said to defend himself. "Alpha I don't know what you are saying. I love numbers. That shouldn't be your problem."

"But you're in my system. That's why I'm concerned."

"Look, if you want to say anything, say it now."

"I should be saying that. Or let me say if you want to do anything, do it now before it's too late."

"Alpha...are you out of your mind? What are you implying? That I'm here on a negative note?" Scorpii spoke with a bit of rage but still had to keep his cool because Alpha was his head and even way more powerful than him.

Scorpii suddenly realised that his game was being lost. He quickly decided to stop beating about the bush and use this golden chance to his advantage. So with a haste, and with little or no calculation, Scorpii rushed towards Alpha with his Durandal in his left hand to do his great wickedness. At this point, Alpha was being caught unawares. Scorpii has a reputation of being very swift like a scorpion and he decided to use this ability to kill Alpha. But in a split second the Supreme God's heir, Jesus appeared from no where and held Scorpii's right hand and threw him to the floor. Alpha who was really surprised but thankful to His son, struck Scorpii's left hand with his leg releasing the Durandal from the tight grip. With rage Alpha lifted Scorpii from the ground and threw him against the wall.

"I'm sorry Alpha. Oh mighty God have mercy." Scorpii said with a shrilly voice also upset but really frightened especially at Alpha's rage.

With a loud and deep cry Alpha spoke. "You Scorpii...you tried to kill me. After all I have done. You ingrate. Scorpii you will pay for this."

"Look Alpha this isn't my only plan. Your kingdom will fall this very moment. Outside, there will be a fierce battle. My guardians and lots of demons against all of your military. You can't win. You have been taken by surprise." Scorpii responded with no remorse.

"Hahahahahahaha. You think I don't know all these? I have known it all. From when that Devil sneaked into my Domain and went right to Lucifer's abode because I let him. I knew that he was up to no good and I promoted Lucifer to see his true self and to purge him out of my heaven because I knew that this day would come. I know it all Scorpii. Don't be decieved I am more superior than all other gods in every way." Alpha spoke proudly.

Jesus interrupted. "Father, what will we do to him now?"

"Chain him down for now, until the battle is over."

"Ok Father."
