My butt was sat in the sand as the sun set on our third day at the beach. As I stared off into space, I couldn’t help but feel a little homesick. I was in constant contact with Mrs. Lindsay and had Skyped with my littles every night.
These past few days had been very busy. We’d visited Monterey on the first day, going to the aquarium, walking cannery row, and going out to sea on a whale watching boat. Luckily none of us got sea sick, but being out on the ocean wasn’t really my cup of tea. The second day we toured Highway 1, explored several small beaches and found a place where they could learn how to surf board. And today we started our day at Mystery Spot before going to Santa Cruz beach where we remained for the rest of the day. We walked the boardwalk and entertained ourselves
