Adam It was dark but it looked like I was crouched down, hiding in some kind of bushes. The moon was high. My excitement was growing. I’d been able to escape them and I was confident I would forever remain one step ahead of them. Yes, they had ambushed me. Yes, I’d been injured. But I’d escaped like last time. I was invincible.
