Chapter Fourteen
Archie guided me into a part of the gardens I hadn't visited before. Not that it meant much that I hadn't. Everything was happening so quickly that I hadn't had time to explore much. In fact, I was exhausted from simply being around so many people. I wasn't used to it.
Fenn ran around us, travelling a little further away from me now that it was only the two of us and him. It seemed I wasn't the only one who didn't like being around too many people.
"It isn't the same as the waterfall, but when I was trying to think of the best place to take you, this was what sprang to mind," he said as he drew me through a trellis with a hand on the small of my back.
