Chapter 11 Uninvited fury

After Bella had placed a call to Jerry, he coudn't stop wondering.

His best friend tied knot with his ex-girlfriend and he hasn't dared to open up to them?

Jerry has been a close friend of Tyler Gush since teenage.

Jerry coudn't stop being amused.

Is he the only one who doesn't know?

Does the crew know?

"Jerry" Bella called after a long silent in the line.

"I'm sorry Bella, i don't think i can help for now" Jerry said .

Bella furrowed her brow and hanged up without even a goodbye.

How is she going to help her friend out of Tyler's hands?

Jerry placed a conference call across the crew members in Tyler's exceptional

"Fred and Chad! he paused and sighed.

So since when did you guys started doing things behind my back?" Jerry asked in exhaustion.

"What things buddy?" Fred asked.

I also don't get it" Chad added.

"I..I honestly don't know how to break this to y'all but sincerely i feel betrayed by you guys. And it hurts" Jerry shouted angrily hanging up his phone.

Chad and Fred were left wondering on what is going on.

Chad called Fred to ask him what exactly did Jerry mean, but Chad too was clueless.

And why didn't he add Tyler?

"Meaning that we both did him wrong? and what exactly did we do?" Chad asked in confusion.

"Brother, if i answer you I'll be wrong because I've got the same questions as you" Fred said.

Jerry got into his blue porsche Cayenne, stepped on the pedals to drive away.

Jerry was so furious that he wanted to meet Tyler Gush for breaching their long term friendship.

Jerry didn't want to mend things, his intention was to completely terminate the friendship and walk out of their business crew.

On his way to Gush Company, Jerry's jaw was clenched, eyes sharp with fury, one hand gripping the wheel while the other slammed the gearshift with force.

His high speed made the engine give out roaring sound like a beast unleashed, tires gripping the asphalt with fierce determination.

The car cut through lanes like a blade, its sleek body blurring against the dull stretch of highway.

Each press of the accelerator felt like a release, a violent push forward to outrun the storm in his chest. Speed blurred the space the world melting into streaks of grey and white, but he didn’t care. His foot stayed heavy, daring the limits, matching the chaos boiling inside him.

Horn blasts and headlights flashed as cars swerved aside, but he barely flinched. The wind screamed past the windows, but it couldn't drown out the rage thundering through his veins. He wasn’t just driving he was venting.

Jerry's speed was interrupted by a black Maybach on the highway, that had simmillar features with that of Tyler Gush, but unfortunately it wasn't him, the registration number differed.

It's after he slowed down that he saw how driver's were furiously glaring at him.

"Next time drive safely" a woman said pointing her finger to Jerry who didn't say a word.

At the Gush Company, guards opened the gate when Jeryy asked them if the CEO was around.

"Yes yes he came a few minutes ago" one of the guards who was familiar with Jerry answered.

Jerry packed on the ground floor Vip parking lot.

He has always been parking here wherever he comes to see his friend Tyler.

Some employees were familiar with him, and others knew him just like their CEO friend.

He quickly walked in the building and took an elevator to 13th floor.

At the entrance of Tyler's office, he met Rosalie who looked happy and seemed to be in a conversation with Gavin.

"Hello Mr Jerry" Rosalie greeted.

"Hello Rosa,..are.. you.. working here or..." Jerry asked in confusion.

How can his friend be meddling around Rosalie while he has already married his first love Elara?

Is everything okay with Tyler?

"No, not really, have you forgotten that am an actress?" She laughed and continued

"I came from abroad yesterday, and well

, am here to spend time with my man" Rosa said her mood light with a grinning face, full of joy.

"My man!" No something is wrong somewhere. Jerry thought.

Does it mean Bella lied to him about Elara?

"Come on Jerry, he is in there alone go ahead meet your best friend" Rosalie said.

"Okay, okay..okay no problem. Hello Gavin" Jerry said stepping foward to Tyler's office.

"Hello sir" Gavin said stepping foward in hurry to alert his boss about Jerry.

"Hello sir, you have a visitor, it's Jerry" Gavin said to Tyler when Jerry pushed the door and walked in without waiting for a confirmation.

"Thank you Gavin" Jerry said.

What's not going on here?

Gavin wondered.

But he is used to different aura from different people visiting his boss's office.

Maybe it's because of Tyler's personality.

A tit for tat they say! Jerry slightly smiled at the thought leaving his boss's door.

Jerry made himself comfortable on a chair and gave Tyler a stern look.

This is how he baheves whenever he feels wronged so Tyler is used to this kind of behaviour.

"What have I done?" Tyler asked.

Jerry gave no response.

"Who wronged you" Tyler asked, and again he got no response.

"Jerry, I've got alot to do" Tyler said.

Tyler Gush stood up and went to a shelve where his files are arranged, took the file, opened it and started flipping through giving Jerry an 'i don't know you are here altitude'.

After Tyler had selected different files, he returned them all and settled for one grey file.

"How was the wedding? Jerry asked before Tyler could sit down.

Tyler was astonished but he pretended to not care.

He sat down and started flipping through the files.

"I didn't come here to act like I really care about your life you dumb a*ss!. Actually am here to just let you know it's over between us as friends" Jerry said hungrily.

Tyler Gush felt bad about it and he didn't know how to handle such a situation.

He hasn't been an open person who share everything, and the fact that this was happening made him feel overwhelmed.

"How did you find out?" Tyler asked in a low voice.

"Ooh c'mon, you thought you are too secretive?" Jerry asked in a mocking smile.

Tyler looked at him but said no word.

" Don't ever think you are as clever as you've been lying to yourself over the years" Jerry said.

Tyler furrowed his brow after his friend's cutting words.

"Are you here to insult me like I'm your little boy dude" Tyler asked.

"No, am here to instill some sense into your empty skull and let you know you are heading on the wrong direction"

Jerry said leaning foward towards Tyler.

"Because when your old man realises that you are locking Elara home denying her freedom,..When your so called famous girlfriend realises that you already married Elara,.. Gokon City will be filled with your name and you are going to ruin your reputation" Jerry added.

Jerry stood up quickly, looking furious, his brow furrowed.

He made two steps towards the door when he turned back to Tyler.

"Infact am going to tell Rosalie you are already a married man. You better man up this time" Jerry said.

"Jerry!" Tyler called quickly getting out of his chair.
