Back to the land of Blacks.In a country of tough people ,Kenya , taking back their power from the White inorder for independent to prevail . After a huge fight finally they got what they wanted , A black president, Homo Kenyatta . Happiness could bt see on everyone's face.
In the house of Ochieng' Jaduong , a daughter was born great pride, for wealth has come . Aniko her name , great future, the word her grandmother called her just to get a smile from her.
She passed her studies and exams, she got a chance to travel to Suncity , Nairobi , to continue with her studies as doctor in the University of Nairobi . These pushed Ochieng' to sell one of his lands just to pay for her fees.
Running out of money in school , she could not call home because she knew it was not there , she decides to get a job . Landing on a waitress job in one of the new hotels in town . Finally she was financially stable and could also pay her fees and accomodations.
One of the hotels customers , Kimani , was interested with her charming beauty . Each day she brought his favorite plate of Rice potatoes. He finally gathered the carage to confess his feelings for her after three months , the African way."Nimeshinda nikikuangalia hii place for long. Urembo wako umenivutia. Ningependelea tujuane zaidi , Mimi na wewe tunaweza enda mbali juu naona uko na tabia zina zopendeza .Nakupenda Aniko" . True she loved him to that she could not say no .
Kimani was a Business administrator in NSBA . And as a Kikuyu , common in crossing walls. He followed love on the lake side.
Aniko introduced her love , after two years of dating , to her family . Kimani was welcomed into Ochieng's family . Ochieng' Knew his daughter will never lack because she was going to be married in a land where money could be found easily.
The Luo traditional marriage was done , Aniko was given away to her true love.
She was welcomed by her in-laws in Kiambu with love because of her uniqueness . What a privilege ? Not everyone gets.
Living on the rule of love , she gave birth to two children , James and Brenda . Something unseen before happened , a daughter born having Aquamarine pupils .Aniko has never seen something like this . But the great-grandmother explained that in the past during the colony once they inter married .
The eyes was a symbol of beauty on baby Brenda a goddess.
