Elenora: Bless me Father for I have sinned. It has been one week since my last confession. The severe, strict face of a priest in black robes is revealed. Priest: Mortal or venial? Elenora: I believe they are mortal, Father. Priest: Has what you’ve done been bad enough to separate you from God? Elenora: I believe it has, Father. Priest: Then your sins are mortal, the very worst kind. Confess your sins before Christ and the church.
