Letting out a sigh, Lex replied. “His name is Raymond Hoover, the elder son of the Hoover family. You've probably heard of Felix Hoover, the current family head. He's a famous man who served in the military and was released from active duty ten years ago. Currently, he owns majority shares in the paramilitary organization, Command Corps.”
