But like they say 'Family would never abandon you'.
A whole inheritance. Three luxury cars. Her own money. It still felt like a dream.
Her phone buzzed just as she reached her floor. She pulled it out quickly.
May: "I’ll be done in an hour! I know a really good house agent. He’s helped a few people at my office. I’ll call him now."
Georgia smiled and typed back.
Georgia: "Perfect. I’ll get ready. Text me when you’re close."
She opened the door to her hotel room and stepped inside. Tossing her bag on the couch, she kicked off her shoes and flopped down on the bed. A few minutes of rest couldn’t hurt.
An hour passed quickly. Georgia had just finished fixing her hair and changing into something simple, a light blue blouse and black jeans, when her phone buzzed again.
May: "On my way!
