"So, how do I look?" Bella said as she popped in my room without me noticing her. I was in front of my vanity mirror and was also preparing for Greg's birthday party.
"You look gorgeous, as always," I said as I looked at her from head to toe.
"Well, look at you," She said without noticing what I just told her. "You're not so bad yourself too. You are going to be a head turner tonight."
"I-I don't know Bell," I said. "I don't feel like going to a party is a right thing to do for me. You know, I just lost my Dad."
"Exactly," She said. "That's exactly why you should go and have fun. You just lost your Dad and I know you're still hurting deep inside but come to think of it Ker, your Dad loves you so much and I'm sure he wouldn't want you to be sad. I'm sure he wants you to continue living
