I moved closer to Jaxon and did what Mom wanted us to. Jaxon was doing exactly what Mom told us to.
“Ke, eyes here and say cheeseeee,” She said and I smiled at the camera.
“Mom, is that necessary?” I said when she said that she still wanted another pose.
“This is necessary, of course!” She said and rolled her eyes at me. Really, Mom?
“Just ride along,” Jaxon whispered to me. “It won’t hurt you, right? Plus, it’s fun; we could have some souvenirs of this night.”
“Alright,” I said and turned to Mom. We did exactly what she said and after almost five minutes of picture taking; she finally stopped and waved us goodbye.
“Hey Jaxon?” Aki said. Now, he looked serious.
