I was still not in my usual calm self when I heard someone speak up from behind me. I was a bit startled.
"Did you sleep well?" I turned around to see Jax standing by the door. I was right; he and Aki were the ones who rescued us last night but why am I not in my room? Why did he bring me somewhere else and not to my house? "Are you feeling well? Your head must be throbbing,"
"Y-Yeah," I nodded without looking at him again. I felt embarrassed that he had to see me like that. I bet I wasn't looking good at that moment. I was a mess! "Where am I?" I ignore his other questions and went to ask him instead.
"You're in my room," He answered calmly as if it was a normal thing for me to be there.
