Daemon wants me, but why? Does he just want to mark me as I am his mate or is the reason entirely different than what I am thinking? Well, this guy is known as a man with many faces and it’s seriously hard to guess what exactly he is thinking.
I seriously never thought that there would be a day when this guy would say something like that to me. I can’t ignore the fact that this guy has stayed by my side for the last two days. He looked so worried about me that I forgot that this was nothing more than a contractual relationship. I keep reminding myself that I can’t have any sort of feelings for him even though he is my mate. I don’t know why, but I feel pain whenever I imagine our bleak relationship.
