Jaxson was silent the entire journey to his office but his hand stayed firmly on mine which gave me a small amount of comfort, maybe he wasn't upset with me afterall.... I didn't know what was happening.
After we walked into his office, my heart fluttered when I saw Cody look up from his desk, he seemed crumpy but then he smiled at me and I returned it.
I was extremely tempted to go and hug him, I wanted his touch but then I felt pretty selfish, I had two mates, you'd think I have had my fill already after spending the day with Jaxson but upon seeing Koda, I felt like I'd been deprived of his embrace and wanted nothing more to be in his arms
