MARCUS MARKET'S POV
"Stop!"She ordered and I let go of the hoe and jumping up because all my brain could think of was a snake.
"What is wrong?"I asked when she looked at me waiting to talk.
"I made you a place to plant that cedar over here,"She said and I walked over to the other side where she had indicated.
I planted the tree as she took over in covering the whole I had dug up. She remained silent and I knew that I had offended her.
The soil beneath there was so soft and I realised that she had dug up recently. I knew how gardening was a hard job and she was justified to feel bad and offended because I was messing up with the place she had worked hard to maintain.
"Am sorry okay,'I told her when we goy back to the house.
"If you like me, you have to listen to me and do as I say."
