I felt a sudden gaze, that I decided to look up, just to freeze.
The king.
The king was looking at me from above.
He is here!
Without knowing I slapped him hard on his face, That he backed off, laughing.
I was afraid to look at him.
I gathered my courage and decided to look behind me.
when I looked he was grinning while holding his cheek.
I think I'm going to die right now, I slapped him so hard.
What's the hell I was thinking? I just got out of the dungeons.
There are dead people down there.
He won't hesitate to kill me right here right now.
When I noticed his silence, I decided to speak.
" I'm sorry my lord, my hand moved by itself, I didn't mean to slap you "
I said But he didn't answer, just came in front of me, folding his arms.
" don't worry, I'm the one that startled you, But do you actually think you will get away with this? "
He said, oh my, he won't forgive me that easily of course.
" You think that because you're the king, you're allowed to stare at me while showering?"
I said without thinking but I was so angry, he smiled again, then take some steps towards me.
I covered my chest with my hands, the water is so bubbly enough to not see my body.

I didn't expect that, he looked at me a little then left the bathroom.
As he left the bathroom, I was shivering inside my tub.
Why did he do that? why he was behind me?
I thought he is just a killer without any emotions, is he a p*****t too?
I decided to end my bath early, can't relax anymore anyway.
I grabbed my clothes and wore them, Without even drying myself from the water.
I got out of the bathroom and saw him looking at his large mirror holding his swollen cheek.
" It's completely swollen "
He said while looking at me from his eye edge.
I see that it's red, even there are traces of my fingers.
I kneeled before him holding my hands together.
" Forgive me, your highness "
He came towards me, I couldn't look up at him again, he holds my chin makes me look at him.
" My mom would have kissed my cheek by now, You know? To make the pain goes away "
I'm shocked that he suggested something childish like that.
I was staring at him with no words.
I don't like him. But he is beautiful.
"You want me to kiss you, My Lord? "
I said out loud and he smiled moving away from me.
" Only if you want me to feel better, I'm actually very angry right now, but here, I'm still holding myself from slicing your neck "
I stood up and grabbed his clothes tightly to make him bend over a bit, I kissed his swollen cheek. While staring at his surprised face.
" Now, please forgive me, I'm going to sleep "
I backed away, I was feeling so much heat when I kissed his cheek.
I want to get out quickly before I die from embarrassment.
When I was about to leave the room he grabbed my arm.
" You're sleeping here tonight"
I couldn't even get to say anything before he dragged me to his bed.
I freaked out for a second before he took one pillow, threw it on the ground, and put his head on it.
I blinked four times looking in his direction.
Has he slept already?
" Just sleep, I'm not going to eat you "
He said in tired tune that I covered myself, taking my sleep position.
I have a horrible headache from drinking earlier, I bet he is feeling the same.
I closed my eyes to rest.

She looked at her king with wet eyes from crying, holding her stomach with pain because she is pregnant.
Marlon the pirate smirks while telling his people to stop killing her servants.
" You can still live, you can come with me Vinaya, you know I always have a weak spot for you in my heart "
Marlon approaches her slowly, her son who is six years old was holding her dress from behind.
" Mom, please, don't get killed "
Elias the little prince said in a low, frightened tune.
The queen standing still while Marlon is about to touch her face.
She scratched his arm with the sword, An arrow pierced her right shoulder.
" I told you don't shoot! "
Marlon screamed to his people while wiping the blood out of his arm.
Vinaya stood still while touching the arrow with her left hand.
No painful emotion on her face, just hatred.
Marlon looked at her little son with cold eyes.
" Look at us, we used to be lovers, now we're having children from other spouses, he almost my son age "
Marlon kneeled to gaze directly at Elias.
The little prince was looking at him in fear.
" If you want your mother to live, tell her to come with me, this kingdom isn't hers anymore, my brother is going to take it, I just cleared the path for him"
He almost touched the Prince's cheek before the queen put her sword on his neck.
" Don't touch my son! You and your people are traitors! We opened our kingdom for you so you can rest and that is how you repay us !"
The Queen screamed, Marlon stood on his feet not afraid of her sword.
" I missed you so much "
He said while approaching the queen for a kiss, but she kicked him, he stepped back and she started to panic.
Her water broke from stress, she touched her belly, trying not to scream.
Her hand started to shiver, almost dropping her sword.
" Mom !, Are you alright, please hold on, Let's go with them! You can have the baby on their ship, please mom "
Elias said while his mom finally looked in his direction.
" Hey son "
The little prince was crying while trying to catch his mom from falling on the wet floor from blood.
" Mom ! "
" I want you to live okay! I'm not leaving your father or our kingdom "
She said in a faint voice while a lot of blood came out of her.
Elias panicked then looked at Marlon's face.
" Please help her! "
Elias screamed while touching his cold mother's cheek.
Marlon was stunned from looking at his ex losing this much blood.
He looked in every direction to find a doctor but there's just dead people and his pirates.
He grabbed the little prince from his clothes, to get him away from his dying mother.
" NO !, Stop! No, please, let me be with her! Let me help her, noooo ! "
" She is dying son "
" I'm not your freaking son! She is not dying, let me be with her ! "
Marlon took the little crying child to his ship.
He put him inside a monkey cage.
" Oh, a nice quality barbarian kid you got, we're going to be rich with this one "
Cyrus, the big brother said to Marlon.
" He is the prince "
Marlon said without readable emotions.
" What about the queen you said you're going to take her for yourself? "
Marlon remained silent and Cyrus got off the ship as a response.
" Don't forget to get me my money, for now, I've kingdom to rule "
Cyrus left and Marlon looked at the little prince who is still crying inside the cage.
" I'm not going to sell you, don't worry, you're going to work with me "
Marlon said touching the little prince's fluffy hair.
Elias slapped his hand away.
" I'm going to kill you, killing each one of you! You're going to pay ! "
The Six years old prince shouted and Marlon laughed out loud.
" I'm living for that day kid "

Lilian's POV
I didn't sleep much because I kept hearing heavy breathing and crying.
I looked at my right side to see the king furrowed his eyebrows crying in silence.
I decided to mind my own business, trying to sleep again but then I heard.
" Mom, please, let me die with you "
He was crying harder, I left the bed immediately sitting on my knees trying to wake him up.
" My lord, you're having a nightmare, please wake up "
I said while shaking him a little, he was sweating.
Suddenly he flipped me over on the ground sitting on my belly.
" I'M GOING TO KILL YOU ! "
He screamed while closing his eyes.
There was a knife under my chin.
I think I'm about to die.
