I woke up the next morning and was surprised that Noah was already up and out of bed. I thought for sure he would have a hangover that would slow him down. I got up and gathered my clothes and headed to the shower. Noah’s apartment was a two-bedroom and the bedrooms were connected by a bathroom. The second bedroom was near the kitchen and I could hear that Marcus and him were talking. I didn’t pay much attention to it until I heard my name. I tiptoed closer to the door so I could hear better what they were saying.
