Chapter 6Against doctor’s orders, I returned to work the following Monday. As long as I could stand for short periods of time, sit on my supply cart, or ride around on one of the store’s scooters, my manager was fine with me being back. “We could even have someone hold you up by your butt, if you need it.” Jim was awesome.
