I went back to our car, climbed in, and told Frank it was time for all of us to get some rest. I didn"t want to go home, really, because I knew what was waiting for me bright and early Monday morning. I knew there was nothing else we could do tonight. At seven thirty Monday morning I saw Frank long enough to suggest a few ideas about what to do on the Holdridge case, and then the rest of Monday was taken up with the Martinez shooting. First came the investigation by the sheriff"s department.
