Chapter Eight – Into You

Doug came through for Grant the following week. “The brother is in Seattle. He’s got a kid now, and he’s getting married soon.”
Grant smiled. “And what big sister would miss her beloved brother’s wedding? That’s good work, Dougie, thank you.”
Doug looked uncomfortable. “Like I said before, Grant, I really think you should leave this girl alone. She obviously doesn’t want to be found. I could find no address for a Tiger Rose anywhere in the States. I’m assuming that’s her real name which says to me she’s changed it and doesn’t want to be found. She could have even had surgery.”
Grant snorted. “You can’t hide that kind of beauty.”
“With surgery you can hide anything. She could have cut her hair, dyed it, wear contacts, and that might be enough.
