Annalise's POV
After a much-needed rest, I was ready to head to the hospital to see my family. The new house was huge, and though it felt empty, I hoped to convince Mom and Grandma J. to come stay with me. It wouldn't be easy, but I was determined to try my best.
When one of the servants announced Liam's arrival, I hurried out to meet him. I was eager to see him.
"You're looking quite fetching, Annalise," Liam remarked with a warm smile as I stepped out of the house.
