GONE Since that day I talked with my teacher for the acting workshop, my already busy schedule became even busier after I started doing air yoga and pilates. I don’t know how we managed to squeeze in some time for the two activities but we somehow did. Anyway, it was a necessary activity so Shane thought it would be nice for me to do them too. With my lifestyle, I had to somehow have some breather to keep my body and mind in good condition. I’m not sure if the exercises and the meditation were indeed effective but after I started doing both, I somehow improved with acting too.
