I could feel someone’s gaze on me as I opened my eyes and i wasn’t surprised to see Clave’s gaze lingering on me. He had a smile on his face and I returned his smile before pulling my body to a sitting position.

“Hmm” I nodded, “I feel a lot better” I told him, I wasn’t as upset as I was yesterday, thank the moon goddess for that. Today was my mark and mate ceremony anyways, how could I be upset?
