She was so immersed in her thoughts that she didn’t hear when the door opened and Sophia came out of her room.
“Why are you outside… sitting on the floor? Where are the others? Did they kick you out of the room by any chance?” Sophia asked, horrified.
Cynthia plastered a smile on her face before answering.. “No... no Sophia… I got up early and went for a walk… I didn’t want to disturb others, so I sat here… waiting for them to get up.”
“No dear.. you were being too polite… you should have knocked at the door rather than sitting here.”
“As it is, I am imposing on you guys… I did not want to disturb their sleep too… it is an exciting day for them after all.”
“What rubbish… come let us wake them all up ….”
They knocked at everyone’s door… waking them up…. asking them to get ready quick
