Ashley was overjoyed upon her arrival at the office. She was surprised to see the hustle and bustle in the building. She could see her own excitement reflected in the faces of others; it appeared as though everyone shared in her joy and was rooting for her to succeed. If there were hushed whispers in the background, she heard excited screeches too, and paused to look. Was she missing on something?
