River's POV:
Mari seemed excited about planning the party. I would have asked for her help from the start if I had known. It would be a good distraction for everyone. I hoped she didn't mind that I would also use it as a chance to get rid of her brother. I had things planned out before but with them being pushed back, it had all been thrown out the window. With Mari helping me plan, though this one felt even more special already.
"Do you always fight with people?" She asked as she wrote down some things to get in town. She had managed to convince me that she could throw a great party if I got her the right stuff.
