For the rest of the week, Ford worked hard to get her ready for the next wrestling show. Wyatt was so excited they were getting along, he insisted she start in a few weeks.
Ford had arranged to have her mom, aunt, and brother brought down to North Carolina for a week for a vacation with them. He needed extra time to work on DGW shows, and Braxton and Lance were his right-hand men. Piper was a tremendous help to give him ideas on the roster of what she felt was and wasn’t working with the talent’s image. He convinced Naomi to let him have the girls come for a mini vacation with him before the younger girls started school, since she was already in town for something she was working on at the training center.
