Who is she?

After getting up from the bed I went inside the washroom to do my morning business. The door was ajar which I was not aware of. I stripped off my clothes and went into the shower area. The hot water was doing wonder on my aching body.

My back was toward the door. And I was applying body shampoo on my skin.

“……..aahhhhh……..”

But quickly my mouth was shut by the pressure of a hand. My eyes bulge out in fear again. I scene from last night was started moving in front of my eyes. I started to shiver. The sweat can be visible on my forehead.

Somebody pulled me. I crashed into an irony cheat.

I was about to scream again. But a kiss landed on my lips. The kiss was tender yet passionate. I started to enjoy the kiss. Gavin's hands were playing on my bare body and I was massaging his shoulders and crown.

We broke the kiss feeling exhausted with the air. He hugged me again tightly and we can feel each other’s complete touch from tip to toe. He was already off clothes before trapping me in the shower.

We were kissing and licking each other don’t for how long. We did our make out under the running water. The bathroom became more steamy and foggy with our lovemaking than the steam from hit water.

“I can't get enough you, my love. You are irresistible.” Gavin said while nipping on my n*****s for last time. I bit my lower lip to hold the pleasure.

I moaned in the pleasure and then quickly grabbed the body shampoo to apply it on his skin. Same he did with me too. We helped each other in bathing and came out of washroom after drying up by each other.

I went into the closet and grabbed my clothes. I decided to wear office attire as it was the first day of the company and being the owner I wanted to look presentable though professional.

Gavin to followed me and quickly slipped in his office suit.

“So you will not listen to me.” He said with a side glance while adjusting his suit.

“Listen? For what?” I was not able to understand what he was saying. So I asked nonchalantly while applying my makeup.

“I told you to stay at home. But you want to show up. Why?” he was now wearing his shoes and speaking continuously.

“And I told you that I am joining you from day one. I am not able to understand what is the point of argument here?” I was doing in and out of the closet to grab my things.

After gathering all the things I sat beside him who was now checking his mobile for something.

“See I want to learn and explore new things. If I will not start now I can't do it later so, please this time listen to me once. If I was unable to meet the standards I will back off from my work but let me try it for Pete's sake.” I softly pushed my request in front of her again. I placed my plan on his hand to earn a glance for him.

“OK, if you say so.” But you have to promise me, if you get in trouble you will come to me directly.” He took my both hands in his and looking at my eyes with determination. I gave him a sweet peck on his lips and we both walk outside smiling. I was holding his arm with my one hand and we were walking like King and queen of this small palace.

I was jumping in happiness with joy from inside. The happiness was visible on my face as I was blushing time to time with the thought of being with him for the entire day.

We didn’t go for the honeymoon because the work needed us more than enjoyment. And living here alone with Gavin was giving me the feeling of honeymoon only.

We did our breakfast. Kathy was in her usual poker face while Shenna was doing her job silently not daring to look at me.

After arriving at the office building we were welcomed by the office staff recruited in the previous days. They all presented us with bouquets and gifts. I loved this warm welcome. It was a good decision I joined him here otherwise I could miss this wonderful moment.

Mr. Robert gave the introduction of the staff members to us who met with us one by one. We shook hands with everyone with a warm smile. It was so overwhelming to meet new people here. I wAs so pleased with the people. They were looking very enthusiastic and full of energy.

Our office was placed in three floors. The top floor was for the top management team. The offices and cabins of important people like directors, CEO, general managers of various departments and the chairman will be there. The second floor was having all the important departments related to the work.

The third floor was having reception area, cafeteria And restrooms for the staff. It was having a big conference hall where all the important meeting will be going to happen. I was smiling looking at the conference room, soon we will be sitting here discussing the important matters for the growth of the company.

I was working as a chairman of the company while Gavin was the CEO. Mr. Robert was my assistant to help me with various decisions. I was not able to understand Gavin should keep him as his P. A. But he appointed him to me. Then who is going to assist Gavin for his work? I was thinking in my mind while sitting on my chair in my Office. It was a huge cabin as per the taste of a chairman. I loved the interior here suiting me as well.

I was in my thoughts which cut off in the middle with a knock on the door.

“Come in,” I allowed whosoever was there on the door.

“Ma’am, ”

Robert bowed to me.

“Oh, hello Robert. You need anything.” I asked while placing my hands on the table.

“Oh, nothing Ma'am just checking if you have any orders for me.” He politely asked me.

“No, no, no not right now. Of I would have I have this,” showing him the intercom.

“OK, Ma'am, I should leave now.” He bowed me again and took his turn to leave.

“Wait a minute.” I made him stop in his track suddenly remembering something.

He turned back to me in anticipation.

“You are experienced well aware of this business field. Then why you are assisting me? Who has less or it’s better to say no experience in this field? You should assist him than me. Does hi don’t need any assistant?” I put my doubt in front of him.

“Sir told me to be with you and help you to learn things here. And the question of his assistant, the person is already appointed but due to ill health, he or she will join us tomorrow.” He poured his knowledge in front of me what he was aware of.

I nodded to him understanding the point.

“OK, you can go. Get busy yourself whatever work you have. That’s it for now.” I waved off to him and leaned back on my chair thinking about Gavin and his assistant.

The first day went pretty smoothly. The company was new and everyone was busy in understanding the approach of the company and motives. The entire day we had meetings with various departments and the staff.

I was quite impressed by the way of working of Gavin. I was feeling very proud that he is my husband. The way he was delivering the plans and presentations in front of the staff it was commendable.

Dad will be proud of him once he will attend his any of the presentation.

Next-Day in the office

"Hey, Gizelle" I greeted the receptionist on the front desk.

"Hello, Ma'am how are you today?" She asked with a bright smile. 

She was a medium-sized blonde girl with brown eyes. She has a beautiful deformity of dimples on her both cheeks when she smiles.

Gavin came early today as he had some meeting with investors early this morning. I came at the usual time.

"I am fine, what about you?" I was standing near her desk.

"Fine too Ma'm,"

"Is Gavin in the office?" I queried

"Yes, Ma'am, he is there. Just finished the meeting with investors and now in the office doing his work." She informed me.

After nodding to her I turned to take my leave she stopped me in my track and I glanced at her.

"By the way, his assistant is about to come." She gave me an important piece of information. 

The person for whom I was waiting since yesterday.

She was about to continue the information. We heard the clattering sound of high heels running on the floor.

"CLICK-CLACK......CLICK-CLACK....."

We both turned towards the sound from where it was coming. Not only us the other staff who were crossing from that place halted in their way to look at the person arriving.

I stunned to look at the person. It was a girl having a height of approximately 5 feet and 7 to 8 inches. Wearing a white shirt which was having an open front up to her cleavage and small skirt till her mid-thigh. Covering her shirt with a matching blazer. The face was little cakey and eyes filled with arrogance.

She approached us almost pushing me from the desk.

"Hi, I am here for the assistant post of The CEO. Here is my appointment latter." She handed the paper to Gizelle. She looked at me with a little weird expression.

"Miss Nora Griffiths,"

"Wait a minute, let me inform the boss." She read the name on her headed papers.

"Sir, miss Nora Griffiths has come here. Needs your permission."

"OK, Sir."

"You can go now, his office on the third floor. But please hand over these papers to the chairman of the company." She gave the papers back to her with a smirk on her face to me.

"Ok, sure" then she left for the elevator area and joined me for waiting for it.

We both were silent during our stay in the elevator. Once it opened I quickly dashed to my office where she was busy searching for my cabin.

After a few minutes, I heard the expected knock on my door.

"Knock knock"

I smirked and allowed the person inside.

I was sitting on my swivel chair keeping my back at the entrance of the cabin.

"Hi, it's my appointment latter. From down it was told me to submit it to you in person."

I turned to look at the person in front of me.

She was standing with jaw dropped on the food.

"Please sit down, and keep your file here on the desk. Being the chairman it's my honourable duty to inform people about how they need to stay here. It would be better if you come here every day in a decent way." I snapped at her seizing her up.

She nodded to me while correcting her clothes. 

"Today you are waved off but from tomorrow you need to take care of your appearance here," I said sternly earning a scowl from her.

"You can leave, for now, your boss must be waiting for you." I snapped at her.

She stood up from the chair and took her to leave from my cabin.

After a few minutes, I too stood up and went to meet Gavin.

The door was ajar. So I dashed in without knocking but got stunned by seeing the scene in front of me.
