It's My Life

Hello everyone, Myself Scarlett, Scarlett Livingston.  I am the only daughter of my parents. My father is the biggest business tycoon and a Billionaire, Mr Alfred Livingston. My mother, Violet Livingston, is a doctor by profession and owns a multi-speciality hospital, Medstar Hospital Center. We live in London and here my father’s company Livingston Inc. has established before I took birth. As my mom told me about their initial struggles and sacrifices.  So you can see I am born with a golden spoon as others are thinking like that. I am the hot topic of talks of others always. Even my teachers in the school used to talk about me and my family. And why not, my father used to give donations to our school as he was the trustee of it and my principal and teachers used to pamper me a lot. Girls in my class used to trail behind me as they think that it would be a good trick to be in the eyes of teachers. And boys, uff, you can imagine, how madly they would be behind me to be my boyfriend or just a friend. They all are thinking if I give my hand to any of them it would be a great opportunity for their future. Bloody assholes.  How can they think of me as their trump card? Oh, sometimes taking birth in a rich family is like a curse. Everyone is behind you just for your money and power not you as a human. They think you as a ladder of success. But here I am, I never liked this type of over the top treatments from others. What I want a simple friendly environment and which makes me feel relaxed. But nowhere ever I used to go I feel suffocated that everyone is looking at me just to fulfil their purpose.  What I wanted a simple happy life and some true friends who would like me not my background. Its was my first year as a junior in high school and I was too excited to meet new friends and new teachers. I opted for Science streams as I wanted to go in the research field. Biology was my first love and I was looking forward to finding new things in this field.  My father was thinking that I would go for business management or something like that as I was the only heir of Livingston Inc. But he never forced me to do according to his wish. And I love that about my parents. They always give me full freedom to make my own decisions. I think this is the reason that I never cared about what will happen in future. I love to live my life fullest in present more than thinking about the future.  Maybe others would think it is as my attitude but I can’t help them out in this situation. This is I am and it’s my life. I never give rights to anybody else to point out on my thinking. But don’t think it is as my attitude or I am a spoiled brat.   I love to live carefreely and I never think too much. But I never used to show off my parents' money and fame.  So where I was? Yes, it was my first year as a junior in High school and I was very excited to meet new students. I think one-third of the students from my class were new. We all were busy in giving our introduction to each other. Those who are feeling the same score started chatting with each other to know more about themselves.  Unfortunately, the newly enrolled students to know about me, f*****g paparazzi. So they were feeling little scared of my status like I would eat them or put them behind the bars for talking to me. Hello, I am a simple girl, can’t anyone treat me as a normal human being. I am not the alien who will swipe them to some other planet. When I was trying to mingle with others, I saw a boy who was sitting quietly on the first bench at the side row of the class. I felt it’s a good opportunity to make a friend. I approached him. He was busy in making some drawing in his notebook.  When I reached over there, he gasped and looked at me with fearful eyes. His grey eyes had some attraction that I started drowning into them. Maybe it was due to my hormones but I never saw the eyes as beautiful as he was owning. “Hi, myself Scarlett Livingston, nice to meet you.” I gave my introduction with a smile. I extended my hand towards him which he grabbed after a little hesitation. “Hello, Jaxon Hales, nice to meet you too.” He returned his answer with a cute smile. “Oh, so you belong to Hales Pharmaceuticals. The biggest company in the country.” I whispered slowly, which was enough to hear by him. My eyes bulged out after listening to him and I put my hands on my mouth in shock. He nodded to my almost type of question and I was looking at him with full surprise. He was some of the owners of that company from which my mother’s Hospital was dealing. I told him about my background that who I am, not to show off just to take his test that how he would react after knowing it. But to my surprise, he remained indifferent to me and he doesn’t have any business with it. His behaviour attracted me more towards him. Maybe for the first time, someone had treated me as normal.  About his physique, he was the epitome of handsomeness. His black silky hairs and fair skin was attracting me too much. He was tall maybe 6 feet or more. I think he used to invest his time in the gym too much. Means his uniform was not able to hide his well-built muscles.  He was like, every next girl would ready to climb on him in seconds.  But I was thinking that how does he manage to stay away from those butterflies. Maybe others would think of me like that but I feel pity for their poor thinking that has no intentions like that. I have other plans in my future rather than hookups. Soon we started chatting and exchanged our phone numbers and addresses. You were thinking it’s too early to do these things before getting full trust but maybe I was too eager to make a friend whom I was missing till now. We started sitting in the same raw but not on the same bench. I used to sit one seat ahead of him. I found him funny. My blank life was started getting its colours, I guess. Oh my God, I hope it’s not a dream
