Josie's pov
I walked over to the window and noticed Elias heading towards the wood.
“Where is he going?” My lips murmured alone in the room.
My feet wanted to follow him, yet a familiar voice called my name.
“Mother?”
She came closer and hugged me tightly.
“What is it?” My lips asked with a stiff tone, not the sweet buttering she was expecting.
“Seems like you're not happy to see me!” Words came out of her mouth.

Her unexpected presence wasn't actually welcomed by me!!
“Too much going on…” My lips lied.
