He was keeping his eyes closed tightly, partly to focus on the spell that was keeping the group hidden and in part out of fear of being so high. Charles was happy that he had convinced his friend, Adrian, to come with them. Not only could he help with hiding the group, but he would also be invaluable when it came to dropping the incendiary devices on the way into Obsidian.
