Julian was sitting at his desk, trying to determine who would be best to accompany him on the search and rescue mission for the children. As he left the hospital room after viewing the video of the children, Aunt Junie was calling Ashton. She was asking Ashton to join her and the others who were helping find a way to track the children’s magic. Ashton would be going with him, and so would William and Tyson; there was no question about that. The problem was, who else would go? Julian sighed as he tossed his pen onto the desk and looked up to see Ethan and Nick stepping into his open doorway.
“May we come in?” Nick asked.
“Of course,” Julian replied with a smile and a wave. “Come on in. I have a fresh pot of coffee on the table over there. You’re welcome to help yourselves.”
