I wasn't too keen on going back to Blood Moon. I would have much rather just went home to Starlight Falls. However, we needed to pick up Roman, and hopefully, it wouldn't take much longer for him to be ready to leave his cell.
Olive filled us in on what Roman had told her, and from the sounds of it, he was already ready. I was over the moon to hear this tidbit of information, and I knew she was too.
I was hoping she would ride with us, but instead, she chose to ride with uncle Maddix. She said they had started a conversation earlier that she would like to finish.
I cound't blame her. Maddix has been so weird in regard to the whole vampire thing with Sterling, so I'm sure she just wanted to reassure him that he had nothing to fear, and neither did anyone else.
