*Roman POV*
I was gutted when I woke up this morning and Olive informed me that she had to get back to Brave River. She is one of the trainers for the younger kids, and it's her turn to lead.
I had hoped for a little more time before she had to go, but I understood and told her I would return with her dad, Caleb, once my business was finished here, at Ruby Meadows. I had already asked Jameson to come with me to this meeting, and I was grateful he agreed.
After my mate left for home, I left our room to go downstairs. I had finished the last bit of the donor blood beforehand so that I wasn't fighting my inner self while trying to process everything else that might happen today.
So far, every time I turn around I have been bombarded with change and surprises. Hopefully today goes much sm
