While Buck is resting, I took the time to speak with his mate. I knew she was worried and to ease her mind a little, I wanted to explain what could happen.
"Ma'am, I know you are worried about Buck. Do you mind if we speak a moment? I want to try and explain what could and couldn't happen during this process. He won't rest long, because once the serum is fully in his system it will only be a matter of minutes before the infection will work it's way out. I't more painful than the initial contamination, and I don't reccomend you watching during that time," I explained.
