I moved quickly, getting back to the camp, and I made sure to let the warriors who took the little girl and boy, that they were not to put them on a bus until I got there. I wanted to be with them when they were transported. Besides, I don't think it would be wise to transport her quite yet.
I took out my phone and called my mate. I needed to let her know what had happened. I don't know why I am so drawn to these two kids, but I want us to be the ones to take care of them until we can figure something out.
