One last piece of business before we can pack up and head to Starlight Falls for some much-needed rest. For at least another week, that is. Now that we have everything out of the way that needed to be handled, we can finally have our ceremony and take over as we should have over a month ago.
I had finally received the text from Sterling about where to meet up to speak with Devany, and told him we would be there soon. I was waiting for Jameson to finish his breakfast, and then we would be on our way.
"I would absolutely kill for a bagel with cream cheese and caviar," I sighed. The look of disgust on his face was priceless. "Ew, Gracie, I'm trying to eat here. That sounds revolting," he gasped.
