I observed closely as grandma used her projection on Grayson. So far, we have found out that this Belinda girl started drugging not only Grayson, but his friend Matthew, at an early age. What she used exactly we aren't quite sure yet. Until she brings him out of his trance, we can't even ask.
Grandma tried to speed through things that didn't hold much weight in this situation, but something caught my eye.
